Daily Drinks - Tuesday

To warm your insides...

Skagway Rockslide
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1 cup Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream
Orange peel

Fill a mug with hot chocolate.
Twist an orange peel over the mug and add it to the chocolate.
Using a ladle, ignite the cognac and while still flaming, pour into the mug.
Garnish with an excessive amount of whipped cream. (ALWAYS BE CAREFUL WITH FIRE.)

Cocktail...

The White Pass Goldminer
1 1/4 oz. Tequila Gold
3/4 oz. Cointreau
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Crushed ice
Lime, lemon and sugar to garnish

Shake all ingredients except grenadine with ice.
Pour into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass and add grenadine.
Garnish with lemon and lime wedges.

Non-alcoholic...

Panning for Gold
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. soda water
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Ice cubes made with little gold sugar balls embedded in them (the kind used for cake decorating)

Pour pineapple juice, soda and lemon juice over special gold ice cubes in a collins glass.
Add a long gold striped straw and serve.
