Jacuzzi Coffee
2 oz. Tia Maria
2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream

Stir both liqueurs into a mug of hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

Cocktail...

Sun Deck Splash
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Amaretto
3 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine

Shake rum, Amaretto, and orange juice with ice and pour into a highball glass over ice.
Top with grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.

Non-alcoholic...

Lido Cooler
2 oz Cranberry juice
1/2 tablespoon Lime juice
Soda water
Crushed Ice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a tall glass. Add crushed Ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
