VANCOUVER DISEMBARKATION INFORMATION

Please refer to the leaflet in your cabin mailbox for information about your disembarkation time, and disembarkation luggage tags.

We expect to begin disembarkation at about 7.30am Saturday morning, however this may be subject to last minute changes based on decisions and instructions from local authorities who control the process. Please wait in your cabin, or the public areas of the ship, and listen for the announcements concerning your Luggage Tag number and colour.

Please have the following items with you and ready for inspection during disembarkation:
- passport or government issued ID and the completed Canadian customs form
- your ship keycard for a final scan and one bottom stub from your coloured luggage tags

For everyone's safety and to keep the process going as smoothly as possibly, we kindly ask you not to sit on the stairs or congregate in the Entrance Hall in front of the Purser's Desk and gangway while waiting to disembark.

PASSENGER QUESTIONNAIRE

Your opinion is important to us! Please take a moment to fill out the Passenger Questionnaire. Once completed, please drop it in the box next to the Purser's Desk.

SHIPBOARD ACCOUNT

If you submitted your credit card upon check in on embarkation day, you will automatically receive a final statement in your cabin mailbox on Saturday morning. You do not need to visit the Purser's Desk to settle your final account. If you wish to settle your bill in cash or traveller's cheques, you will need to visit the Purser's Desk between 6.00am and 7.00am Saturday morning.

LUGGAGE HANDLING

Luggage Tags - Please attach the coloured tags placed in your cabin mailbox to every piece of luggage that you wish us to transfer ashore, with your name and cabin number. These coloured tags are matched with the details of your onward travel arrangements and indicate, to us, your post-cruise plans and flight times. Please tear off the bottom stub as your reminder of your group colour and number.

Luggage - Tonight (Friday), please place the luggage you would like us to take off the ship outside your cabin no later than 8.00pm. Please remember not to pack clothing you will need to wear to disembark on Saturday morning. Also, please do not pack travel documents, medicines or valuables. Once you leave your properly tagged luggage outside your cabin door, the next time you see it will be in Canada Place Cruise Terminal.

Hand Luggage - Do not place your hand luggage outside your cabin if you wish to carry it off the ship yourself. Knives, similar sharp objects and other items not allowed in airline carry-on luggage should be packed in your checked luggage. We also recommend that you hand carry any liquid purchases such as liquor as you disembark the ship, and then place it in the luggage you plan to check at the airport after disembarkation.

CANADIAN IMMIGRATION & CUSTOMS INSPECTION

Upon disembarkation, you will be seen by Canadian Immigration officials and you will go through Canadian Customs in the cruise ship terminal. Please fill out the Customs form placed in your cabin mailbox (1 per family).

On behalf of the Purser's Desk, Staff, Officers and Crew, we would like to thank you for sailing with StarSea Cruises. We wish you a safe onward journey and look forward to welcoming you on board again in the future.
